A farmstead comprising four roofed buildings, one of which is a T-shaped long building, and an unroofed building is depicted on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Caithness 1877, sheet xix). Two roofed buildings and an unroofed building are shown on the current edition of the OS 1:10000 map (1994).
