A farmstead comprising three roofed buildings, two of which are long buildings, two unroofed buildings, one of which is L-shaped, and two enclosures is depicted on the first edition of the OS 6-inch map (Caithness 1876, sheet xi). Three roofed buildings, one unroofed building and one enclosure are shown on the current edition of the OS 1:10560 map (1970).

Longhouse. Dimension: 11.9 x 5.2m. Rectangular stone and clay structure whose E wall is incorporated into a modern field wall. Orientation N-S.
