Two farmsteads are depicted on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Caithness 1876, sheet xvii); that to the N (ND 095 550) comprises an unroofed long building, another unroofed building and two enclosures, and that to the S (ND 096 549) comprises an unroofed building, an enclosure and some lengths of wall. The farmsteads are not shown on the current edition of the OS 1:10000 map (1992).
