Two enclosures, a head-dyke and an area of cultivated land which are depicted on the OS 1st edition of the 6-inch map (Sutherland 1878, sheet xxx), may indicate the site of an abandoned township. The site comprises four unroofed buildings and two enclosures as depicted on the current edition of the OS 1:10,560 map (1963).
