A small township comprising, one roofed, one partially roofed and one unroofed building, two unroofed structures, four enclosures and a head-dyke is depicted on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Ross-shire 1881, sheet x). A row of cottages and a roofed building is shown on the current edition of the OS 1:10,000 map (1990).
