What may be a field-system is depicted on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Sutherland 1879, sheet lxxxiii) as an enclosed area S of Amhainn Gleann na Muic and a length of wall to the N, where there is also a small enclosure and what may be part of another, on either side of an unnamed burn. An enclosure to the S of the river, and a field wall, a small enclosure and part of what may be another enclosure to the N of the river, are shown on the current edition of the OS 1:10,560 map (1963).
