Full Description
Dry stone bothy beside a burn falling into the Alligin River in a secluded spot, 2.0m x 1.5m (internal). Another similar structure exists at NG 8366 5973.

The Alligin area was notorious for smuggling.
A walkover survey and desk-based assessment was undertaken by J Wordsworth and J Harden at Torridon for the National Trust for Scotland in 1996-2002.
MM. describes a drystone bothy by a burn that falls into the Abhainn Alligin in a secluded spot at NG83745970. Internally it is c2m by c1.5m.
She also records another still across the river nearby, at NG83665973. <1>
