What may be four unroofed shieling-huts are depicted on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Sutherland 1878, sheet xxviii), but are not shown on the current edition of the OS 1:10,000 map (1989).

NB GR corrected to E side of river where located. Cluster of 3 in bend of river, another slightly more isolated to N - HAW 3/2004
