A farmstead comprising three roofed buildings, one of which is T-shaped, an unroofed building, an unroofed structure and two enclosures is depicted on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Caithness 1876, sheet v). One roofed building, one unroofed building, shown as ruined, and an enclosure are shown on the current edition of the OS 1:10560 map (1969).
