A mill comprising two roofed and two unroofed buildings, one of which is a long building, is depicted on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Caithness 1877, sheet x). One roofed and one partially roofed building is shown on the current edition of the OS 1:10,000 map (1975).
