A late C18 house with an earlier core.
The building was listed at Category B in 1971.
According to LB info dated 1784 but contains earlier core. Planning app 04/943/LBCRC retrospective for works already undertaken. These revealed earlier structures indicating that building extended to rear. Photos in LB file - HAW 11/2004
