12 June 1974. A regular dense feature was noted on side scan sonar trace.
Report by Decca Survey Ltd.
10 March 1976. The regular dense feature found by side scan sonar (Decca Survey 1974) was located during a sonar search of the general area. The position given was also closely examined. The sea bed is fine sand.
