1st ed OS shows lasrge scattering of buildings to E of track & few around to W towards mill NG75NE0020. Another section of same named township at distance to N - HAW 1/2004
The existing houses at Aadhaslaig are surrounded by the remains of a much larger crofting settlement. Cultivation remains survive 0.5km SW of Ardheslaig - NG 778 558.
