A township, comprising eight roofed buildings of which one has a horse-gang attached, one partially roofed building, two unroofed buildings, and two unroofed circular features one of which is labeled as a lime kiln are depicted on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Inverness-shire 1875, sheet xxxii). One roofed building, one unroofed building and lime kiln are shown on the current edition of the OS 1:10000 map (1982).
