Full Description

NG52SE 78 5844 2182

At the top of the waterfall which lies in the mouth of Coire Sgreamhach at the foot of a small outcrop which lies to the E side of the burn is a ruinous three cell structure. Attached to its E side and running for 40m to the E is a massive, well-built wall. This wall still stands to 2m in places and for most of its length is over 2m in thickness. The wall lying as it does on a hillslope has a vertical outer face but the level top runs into the hillslope, the rear face being nowhere more than one course high.
Visited 1991.
