Full Description
NG52SE 25 5582 2420
Lying close to NG52SE 23 on the N bank of a tributary burn of Abhainn an t-Stratha Mhoir at about 15m OD are the ruins of two stone-built structures.
Structure 1 is the better preserved of the two, consisting of a sub-rectangular cell which measures 3m x 2m internally, with two small satellite cells attached to its N and W sides.
Structure 2 lies 12m to the E and is in very poor condition; the remains are, for the most part, turfed over. Surface evidence suggests that this structure closely resembled structure 1.
Visited 1991.
