A small township comprising four unroofed buildings, three enclosures, an area of cultivation and a head-dyke, is depicted on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Sutherland 1879, sheet lxxix). Three unroofed buildings and two enclosures are shown on the current edition of the OS 1:10560 map (1964). The railway track now runs through this site.
