Full Description
A small chambered cairn with entrance passage and chamber visible and one small lintel stone in situ.
Information contained in letter from R le N Noble to J Close-Brooks, 10 December 1979.
This is the remains of a corn-drying kiln at NC 2203 1041. Nearby are the stone footings of four buildings, dimensions from 5.0m by 3.0m to 11.0m by 4.0m (see NC21SW 26 farmstead).
Surveyed at 1:10,000.
Visited by OS (J M) 11 August 1980.
