Full Description
Scheduling documents refer to a group of cairns at least one of which is believed to be a Neolithic chambered cairn, filed in NC35NE0003 - HAW 11/2003
NC35NE 5 3870 5874.
(NC 3870 5874) A cairn lies, at an elevation of 1075ft, about 100yds NW of NC35NE 2. It is constructed of thin slabs placed on edge with their long axes tangential to the 'circle', 17 ft by 14 ft.

This is a natural accumulation of broken slab in a glacial field. It is a feature of the area.
