Full Description
NC60NW 47 6084 0588.
At NC 6084 0588, situated on a prominent false crest, is a cairn measuring 6.0m in diameter and 0.4m high. Recent heather burning has revealed a composition of angular stones with an earth and peat admixture. About six unimpressive stones set on edge around the periphery are all that remains of the kerb. The centre has been disturbed but there is no structure visible. One clearance heap occurs nearby.
