NC64NE 12 6592 4691.
At NC 6592 4691 is a burnt mound. It is kidney-shaped and measures 9.0m by 7.0m across by 1.0m high; the open side faces onto the west bank of a stream. Erosion reveals black earth and fragments of heat stained and friable stone.
Surveyed at 1:10,000. Visited by OS (J M) 11 July 1978.
