A hut circle near Loch Crocach. See MHG66010 for the clearance cairns.
At NC 6402 5968, set on a west facing slope, is a peat and heather covered hut circle. It measures 5.5m in diameter within a wall spread to 2.0m wide and 0.3m high. Scattered clearance heaps cover about a hectare around the hut; no plots are visible.
Surveyed at 1:10,000.
Visited by OS (J B) 28 August 1978.
The site is just about visible on vertical aerial photographs. <1> <2>
