Full Description

At NC 6033 0728, in a birch wood on a N-facing slope, is a hut circle, evident as a turf-covered hollow measuring 8.0m E-W by 7.0m N-S within a spread wall of indeterminate width and 0.4m high. The simple entrance is in the E. An indistinct depression 18.0m to the W is possibly the remains of a further hut circle. Approximately half a dozen clearance heaps lie in close proximity; no plots are evident.
Surveyed at 1:10,000.
Visited by OS (J B) 9 October 1980.
