Full Description
NC60NW 20 6126 0797.
At NC 6126 0797 is a largely turf-covered burnt mound measuring 10.5m E-W by 8.5m and 1.1m high. It is situated in a small valley beside a streamlet and within a settlement at hut circles (see NC60NW 3). The content, revealed by rabbit burrows, is of earth and stone, some of which are reddened by fire.
Surveyed at 1:10 000. Visited by OS (J B) 24 September 1980.
