Full Description
NC60NW 37 6091 0589.
At NC 6091 0589, set on a S-facing slope, and recently exposed by heather burning, is a hut circle. It measures 12.5m E-W by 12.0m within a wall spread to 2.5m and 0.4m high internally. The simple entrance is in the south, and the north arc has been mutilated by a track running tangential to it, which exposes the stone content of the wall. No field clearance exists in the immediate vicinity where the ground is rather broken, but a few heaps occur on a smooth slope 170m to the NW; no plots are evident.
Surveyed at 1:2500
Visited by OS (J B) 23 October 1980.
