Full Description
NC50SE 57 5969 0432.
At NC 5969 0432 on a SW-facing moorland slope is a solitary stone-walled hut circle measuring 9.0m internal diameter within a wall generally reduced to a low scarp, 0.3m maximum interior height. The entrance of simple form is in the north arc. In the vicinity of the hut are isolated patches of cleared stone-free ground, but there is little evidence of clearance heaps. Some 170.0m to the NW is a group of well-preserved clearance heaps, 15.0m - 25.0m apart, but no measurable plots are discernible.
Surveyed at 1:10 000 and 1:2500.
