NC51NW 29 5461 1555
This burnt mound is situated on a low ridge in the angle between two fences. It measures about 9m in diameter and up to 1m in height. There is a hollow measuring 3.5m in length by 2.1m across the mouth, running into the mound on the SSE. Unlike many other burnt mounds it is set up on the ridge and its hollow does not apparently open on to a source of water.
