Situated on a slight slope to the SE of the present road there are the turf-covered stone footings of three rectangular structures, at least one of which may be a building. The structures are bounded by a stone and earth bank which has been disrupted by the present road. To the NE of the sheepfold, which stands about 1.5m high, is an elongated stony bank with no evident associations. One of the larger structures measures internally 7.1m E-W by 6.4m transversely; another measures 7.6m E-W by 3.9m transversely over turf-covered footings 0.7m thick.
Visited by RCAHMS (DCC) 11 October 1989.
