NC26SW 2 2078 6222.
(NC 2078 6222) A possible cairn, 7m in diameter and 1.5m high. Information from OS, May 1973.
This mound is not a cairn but a natural accumulation of peat which is visible in the eroded W side. No stone is evident, and the mound is elongated in a N-S direction. Several similar mounds are visible from this point, scattered over a wide area of moorland.
Visited by OS (J B) 20 June 1980.
