Full Description
NC45NW 12 4261 5616.
Situated at NC 4261 5616, on E bank of the Allt Eriboll, is a large, heather-covered, horseshoe-shaped burnt mound. The open side faces the burn. Overall it measures 12.5m NE-SW by 8m. The mound has 3 rounded summits and burnt stones up to 2m deep are clearly revealed on the eroded W side.
Surveyed at 1:10,000. Visited by OS (J B) 9 October 1978.
