Full Description
NC50NE 63 5921 0899.
At NC 5921 0899 on a low ridge within a minor field system associated with three hut circles (See NC 50 NE 5) is a turf-covered cairn of earth and stones, measuring 12.0m in diameter and 0.8m high. Its bowl-shaped profile is destroyed by robbing of the summit, and the footings of a stone-built structure (probably a sheiling or sheep shelter) are set into the top. No kerb or cist is exposed.
