Full Description
NH79SW 8 724 943.
Centred on NH 724 943 is a settlement of three hut circles (A-C). Contemporary cultivation is indicated by a few stone clearance heaps in the immediate vicinity, and traces of field walls.
'A' meassures 8.2m in diameter between centres of a wall of 1.4m average thickness. Entrance gap in the SSE.
'B' and 'C' are co-joined, and measure internally 7.7m and 6.7m respectively, each with an inner wall face of contiguous slabs on edge backed by rubble spread to 1.5m. Entrance gaps in the SE arcs.
