NC22NE 1 275 298.
At a small sheltered bay 700m from Glencoul Lodge is a round-ended foundation, 13.3m by 4.4m, of a filled cavity structure, standing to a maximum height of 90cms. Above, on a slight slope, is an earlier foundation 13m by 4.5m, a foundation 6m by 3m and a structure of edge-placed slabs, and one massive rock, 4m by 2m.

An unroofed building and a length of wall which extends from the shore to the Glencoul River are depicted on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Sutherland 1878, sheet lx). One unroofed building, which has two compartments, and a short length of wall are shown on the current edition of the OS 1:10,560 map (1963).
