Full Description
NC70NW 21 7356 0988.
At NC 7356 0988, at foot of a hill-slope and some ten metres from damp ground, is a heather-covered burnt mound. Crescent shaped, it measures 10m across the open end, facing into the slope, by 5m transversely, and is 0.9m high.
Extending from the S side of the mound is an arc of rubble, 3.5m long by 1m broad by 0.4m high, of uncertain significance.
Surveyed at 1:10,000. Visited by OS (J M) 1 April 1981.
