Full Description

At NC 7385 1696 and 7382 1697, above the north bank of the Black Water, are two reduced and heather-covered hut circles (A and B respectively). There are no conclusive signs of associated land-use.
'A', on a rise, measures 6.5 by 5.5m within a wall-spread at most pronounced to 1.5m and 0.2m high; an entrance is in the E on the line of the main axis.
'B', on a shelf, measures 6.5m in diameter inside a wall spread to 1.5m and 0.2m high; there is an entrance in the SE.
Surveyed at 1:10,000.
Visited by OS (J M) 14 May 1981.

Situated on a SE facing spur and river terrace at an altitude of 137m=145m OD in rough pasture.
