Situated on a SW facing steep slope at an altitude of 107m-122m OD in rough pasture.

Two hut circles ('A' and 'B') and a stock enclosure discovered during field investigation in 1961 on a SW-facing slope. In the vicinity are the mutilated remains of later, probably 18th-19th century stone walls forming small enclosures or fields.
'A', scooped out of the slight slope, measures 10m NW-SE by 8m, within a wall spread to 2.5m, which is partially eroded on the SW. The entrance is in the SE. Later collapsed field walls join and overlie the walls of the hut, which appears to have been re-used as a stock enclosure.
'B', occupying a small knoll, survives as an ill-defined platform, 10.5m N-S by 8.5m. On it are the slight remains of an enclosure, about 5m in diameter within a discontinuous line of edge- set slabs which survive only in the east with any certainty. This may be a secondary hut but it could be associated with later agriculture. There is no trace of cultivation contemporary with the huts. The stock enclosure, crude and boulder-walled, lies about 20m WNW of 'A'.
