Full Description

NC71NE 24 7817 1551.

NC 7817 1551. A stone-walled hut-circle found during field investigation on a river terrace. It measures 9m in diameter within an ill-defined, overgrown wall, spread to 2.5m which has an entrance in the south.
There is no sign of associated cultivation.
It is situated just outside the boundary wall of an 18th/19th century deserted settlement.
Surveyed at 1:10,560.
Visited by OS (J M) 16 December 1975.
