Full Description

NC74NW 18 7116 4580.

At NC 7116 4580 on the end of a ridge is a hut circle within an associated minor field system. The hut, obscured by peat and heather, is 10m in diameter within a wall spread to 2m broad and surviving to 0.1m high. There is an entrance, barely visible, in the south arc. The field system comprises scattered clearance heaps and one or two lynchets amidst cleared ground, but no measurable plots are discernible.
Surveyed at 1:10,000. Visited by OS (N K B) 18 December 1978.
