Full Description
NC74NW 12 7252 4815.
At NC 7252 4815, in a right-angled bend in a burn is a well-defined, peat and heather-covered burnt mound. It is 'U' - shaped and measures overall 10.5m SW-NE by 8.5m and up to 1.1m high, with open end towards south-east. A hut circle (NC74NW 17) lies close by to east.
Surveyed at 1:10,000. Visited by OS (J B) 21 July 1977.
