Full Description
On a prominent false crest within a field system (NC81SW 2) are the remains of a turf and heather-covered stony mound. It has been severely disturbed and denuded so that its original plan and profile are uncertain, though it appears to have been approximately 10m in diameter, and now survives to a height of 0.5m. Around the W arc, are four contiguous upright slabs suggestive of a kerb of a cairn.
Surveyed at 1/10,000. Visited by OS (N K B) 1 April 1976.
