Full Description
NC75NW 60 7396 5786.
At NC 7396 5786 beside Clachan Burn is a roughly U shaped, turf covered burnt mound about 9.5m SE-NW by 8.5m, and up to 1.3m high on W side. The open end is in SE beside the burn. Burnt stones are revealed where mound content has been exposed. The mound lies below a group of hut circles (see NC75NW 65).
Surveyed at 1:10,000. Visited by OS (J B) 31 August 1977.
