Full Description
NC66SW 8 646 612.
A minor deserted settlement comprising the footings of a dwelling, 28m by 4m, one other building, possibly a dwelling, 10m by 4m, a corn-drying kiln and an enclosure, all within an enclosing ruinous wall.
Visited by OS (NKB) 25 August 1978.
This farmstead comprises two unroofed buildings, one enclosure and a head-dyke, but no evidence of any cultivated land, as depicted on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Sutherland 1878, sheet xvii). The site is depicted similarly on the current edition of the OS 1:10,560 map (1962).
